Scatchard's death is 'a conclusion, not closure', Kelly Faier's family says

The family of a woman who died in the home of a wanted sex offender, say they can have no closure after his body was discovered in a caravan.

Richard Scatchard was found dead in a caravan in Watchet on Thursday.

The 70-year-old was wanted over the murder of Kelly Faiers at his home in Minehead on 15 October 2023.

Her family said the discovery was only "a conclusion" for them.
