Reed Wischhusen: 'Bit of a fantasy' with mass shootings
A man who planned a "hitman-style attack" on a school and police headquarters told officers he had a "bit of a fantasy" with mass shootings.
Reed Wischhusen, 32, from Wick St Lawrence, Somerset, was found guilty of a number of firearms offences, including having an explosive substance, possessing a firearm and possessing ammunition with intent to endanger life.
Wischhusen admitted to having a "macabre interest" in mass shootings in an interview clip released by Avon and Somerset Police.
Jurors at Bristol Crown Court found Wischhusen guilty of five charges relating to firearms and explosives.
He also admitted possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, possessing a prohibited firearm and possessing ammunition without a firearm certificate.
