Cardiff: Attempted murder charges after alleged hit-and-run

A 34-year-old man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder after an alleged hit-and-run.
Two women were seriously injured after the crash which happened in Harris Avenue, in the Rumney area of Cardiff.
South Wales Police received reports of the incident at about 01:50 GMT on Thursday.
Police said the 34-year-old man, from Rumney, had appeared at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on Friday and been remanded into custody.
A 45-year-old woman from Trowbridge and a 35-year-old woman from St Mellons remained in a stable condition, police said.
