Holkham Hall: Sugarcraft beach hut created for Christmas

A love of baking and and architecture were just two of the ingredients in a giant festive technical challenge.

Emma Thorburn, from Sheringham in Norfolk, was tasked with creating a confectionery centrepiece for Holkham Hall's Christmas visitor experience.

Her inspiration came from nearby beach huts, a seagull and a lot of sugar.
