Three men stabbed in Margate High Street

Three men have allegedly been stabbed in Margate, according to Kent Police.

The force said it was called shortly before 16:00 BST on Monday to a report of a disturbance involving a small group of people in the town's High Street.

It is alleged three men were assaulted, said Kent Police.

Officers and paramedics attended the scene and three men were taken to hospital with injuries "consistent with stab wounds", it added.

Kent Police said three men have been arrested in connection with the incident.

"Enquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing," the force told the BBC.
