Two people have been arrested on suspicion of money laundering and supplying drugs after £100,000 in cash was found by police during a raid.

Officers executed three warrants linked to county line drug dealing in Worcester and Pershore on Wednesday morning.

High-value watches including a Rolex and an Omega worth approximately £35,000 to £40,000, class A and B drugs and multiple phones were seized from three addresses.

A 30-year-old man and 28-year-old woman have been released on bail as West Mercia Police continue to investigate.

Det Sgt Kristoffer Stevens from the south Worcestershire county lines team said: “The warrants were based on good intelligence around the illegal supply of drugs into South Worcestershire, and show we will not stop in our pursuit of those whose actions ultimately heap misery on our communities.”
