CCTV images of a missing school teacher have been released as the police search for him continues.

Anthony Hill, 37, was last seen on Monday at 07:45 BST leaving his home in Plumstead Road East in Norwich.

TV personal finance expert Martin Lewis, who worked with Mr Hill, described his disappearance as "devastating".

"We hope and pray he is OK," said Mr Lewis, writing on X, formerly known as Twitter.

CCTV images showed Mr Hill at a Co-op store in Sprowston Road at about 09:58 on Monday.

Officers believed he then walked towards Mousehold Heath - where police have been searching - via Gilman Road.

Mr Hill is 5ft 7in tall (1.70m) of slim build and with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing brown chino trousers, a black-checked shirt, a green coat and carrying a yellow rucksack.

'Very worried'

Mr Hill previously worked on the deals team for Mr Lewis's Money Saving Expert website.

"It was always a pleasure to have him in the office," Mr Lewis told BBC Radio Norfolk.

He said Mr Hill left the Money Saving Expert team to train to be a teacher.

"Ant is a lovely human being, we are all very fond of him. We want him to be safe and sound and found.

"He has two daughters and they are all very worried."

Lewis thanked everyone who has been searching for Mr Hill and urged people who live in the area to check their CCTV cameras.

Jason Wickers went out searching for Mr Hill on Tuesday night and spent three hours looking on Mousehold Heath.

He said: "Our daughter went to St William's Primary School where he works... we thought we would do a bit for the community.

"It hits home a bit; we knew Gaynor [Lord] who went missing at Christmas... you just want to do your bit."
