Four men have been charged in connection to a vehicle pursuit in Kilrea, County Londonderry, that left three police officers injured and needing hospital treatment.
A 31-year-old man was charged with a number of offences including criminal damage, dangerous driving and obstructing police.
Police said he was due to appear before Limavady Magistrates' Court on Friday.
Three other men, aged 27, 38 and 27, who were arrested in connection with the incident, have also been charged with a number of offences including kidnapping, common assault, robbery and threats to kill.
They are due to appear at Limavady Magistrates' Court, sitting in Ballymena Magistrates' Court, on Saturday.
Meanwhile, a 37-year-old man who was arrested has been released by police to allow for further enquiries.
The police said that officers were called to the scene of an ongoing disturbance at a shop in the Mill Road area of Kilrea on Wednesday afternoon.
A car involved made off from the scene and was pursued by police, before it mounted a kerb and collided with a second police car as officers attempted to stop it.
A spokesman for the Police Ombudsman's Office previously told BBC News NI that the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) notified its office about the incident.
