Sculpture allows people to get close to the Sun

A giant model of the Sun has been installed at the Bath Assembly Rooms in Somerset.

Created by Bristol artist Luke Jerram, the sculpture is named Helios after the god who represents the Sun in Greek mythology.

The 7-metre (22ft) sculpture follows Jerram's series of astronomical artworks, Museum of the Moon, Gaia and Mars.

It will be on display until the 23rd of February before touring around the UK's National Trust sites.
