Behind the scenes at Hyde Park 'super nursery'
During the spring and summer, gardeners in London's Royal Parks spend a lot of time refreshing the flower beds and borders.
While many of the plant species originate from different parts of the world, they are all grown at a secret nursery in Hyde Park, central London.
About 450,000 plants are grown at the 'super nursery' every year, with surplus plants being donated to local charities and community groups and off-cuts recycled and composted, so that absolutely nothing goes to waste.
BBC London's Wendy Hurrell has been behind the scenes.
