Top tips for solo hiking and camping

Amina Hassan is no stranger to solo hiking and camping trips.

The 27-year-old is an outdoor travel content creator, sharing videos about her many adventures on Instagram and YouTube.

She spoke to BBC Wales to give us her top tips for surviving and more importantly, enjoying, a solo hike.
