Rats ate my tent and soap, says homeless prisoner
A prisoner released early and living on the streets has revealed how rats ate their way through his tent.
Recovering heroin addict Luke Davies, 38, has been homeless in Bridgend county since he was released in April.
He was sentenced to 154 days in Cardiff Prison in February after being caught shoplifting food and alcohol six times from different shops.
He said he was struggling with cope with the "chaos" since being freed early under the previous government's scheme, and would rather be back in jail than continue like this.
