Most people will have heard of gaming as an increasingly popular hobby - but what is cosy gaming?

It focuses around gaming as a form of relaxation, with specific low-stakes games which help people to unwind.

BBC Wales' Sarah Bowdidge explains how it works and the benefits it can have.
