Badenoch: We cannot describe China as foes

China is the UK's fourth-largest trading partner and many British jobs rely on the nation, the trade and business secretary has said.

Kemi Badenoch spoke after a Parliamentary researcher was one of two men arrested in March under the Official Secrets Act. He said on Monday that he was "completely innocent".
