Crews tackle Sheffield Lady Cannings Plantation woodland fire
Firefighters have been tackling a large wildfire which has engulfed a woodland plantation in Sheffield.
The blaze at Lady Cannings Plantation, which started on Tuesday night, prompted dozens of calls to the fire service and could be seen miles away.
South Yorkshire Fire Service said the flames were contained but crews were tackling hotspots in the peat.
The plantation is a commercially-managed, coniferous woodland on the edge of the Peak Park.
The woodland has a network of paths and two bike tracks and is popular with outdoor enthusiasts.

Firefighters from South Yorkshire have been joined by crews from Derbyshire as well as National Trust ranger teams for the Peak District.
South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service urged people not to go to the area as footpaths would be closed while crews worked.
