Major rail disruption between Norwich and Ipswich due to trees on wires
Rail services between Ipswich and Norwich have been cancelled due to trees on overhead wires.
Customers have been asked not to travel from Ipswich to Cambridge, Norwich and Peterborough in both directions.
Greater Anglia has said strong winds and trees coming into contact with overhead wires in the Needham Market area had caused issues.
Network Rail response team were on site assessing the situation, the rail operator said.
An amber weather warning for wind was issued for the East of England until 20:00 GMT.
Services between London Liverpool Street and Norwich have also been cancelled due to overhead wire problems.
