Dorset: How award-winning cube croissant takes three days to make

A bakery has won a prestigious national award for its cube-shaped croissant.

M's Bakery in Pokesdown, Dorset, scooped the new bakery product of the year honour at the Baking Industry Awards.

Each croissant takes three days to make, with the dough cut into squares, layered and baked in individual tins then filled with crème patisserie. They are then dipped and decorated.
