Cockington: Village could lose horse-drawn carriage tradition

A village best known for horse-drawn carriages could lose its signature tourist attraction following a grazing row.

The fields on offer are unsuitable and if nowhere can be found the horses will have to be moved, K & H Cockington Carriages have said.

Hannah Petrakis from the carriage company said: "Our top priority will always be the horses' welfare and their safety."
