Birmingham barmaid, 82, plans to keep pulling pints
Customers and staff at a Birmingham pub have paid tribute to a barmaid as she marked 50 years of pulling pints.
Ann Wilson, 82, or Nanny Ann as she is known by many at the Journey's End, is thought to be one of the oldest barmaids in the country and said she had no plans to retire yet.
She started work at the Yardley pub in March 1974 and said over the years she had always been on hand to "put management right".
Ann was surprised with a special celebration at the pub during a game of bingo.
