Taking a ride on a self-driving bus in Milton Keynes
A BBC reporter has taken a ride on an automated bus that can operate without a driver.
It is being tested at multiple stops in Milton Keynes as part of a Europe-wide research project.
It uses many sensors and cameras to navigate the roads and can currently carry up to eight passengers.
Allowing vehicles to operate without a safety operator on board requires the law to be changed, which the government has started the process of doing.
