Man denies causing motorcyclist's death in Theberton
Family handoutA car driver has pleaded not guilty to causing a 57-year-old motorcyclist's death in a road crash while on drugs.
A Ford Fiesta collided with William Kerslake's Ducati on the B1122 in Theberton, Suffolk, in June.
Stuart Burrows, 37, of Millfields in Saxmundham, appeared at Ipswich Crown Court and was released on bail, with a trial due next year.
Mr Kerslake's family said: "There are no words to describe the pain and grief that the whole family is feeling."
The family described Mr Kerslake as "a kind, loving and selfless man".
Police said Mr Burrows sustained minor injuries, while Mr Kerslake died at the scene.
Mr Burrows is charged with causing death by careless driving while under the influence of drugs.
The trial is expected to commence in September 2025.
