Hancock on Oxford-AstraZenica Covid-19 vaccine UK approval

Health Secretary Matt Hancock says the approval of the Oxford-AstraZenica vaccine is a "significant moment" and offers "a way out".

The UK has ordered 100 million doses - enough to vaccinate 50 million people against Covid-19.
