Flats on the market again after £2.1m sale
A block of 30 flats in Wolverhampton that sold for £2.1m just before Christmas is up for auction again after the sale fell through.
Auctioneers Bond Wolfe has put a guide price of £1.85m on the property on St Georges Parade, the same as it had at the 11 December sale.
Gurpreet Bassi, the chief executive of the firm, said the property could be suitable for redevelopment, subject to planning permission.
He added: "We had a lot of interest in this lot back in December and so are expecting renewed interest now that it's appearing in the auction again."
The flats are spread across five connected blocks, with two of them four storeys high.
Mr Bassi said the site was in a "prominent position on the popular St Georges Parade, in the centre of Wolverhampton."
The auction is due to take place on 6 February.
