This photo from Ranton in Staffordshire seems to sum up the week well. It's allegedly summer, but hosepipe bans seem to be something we don't need to worry about this year.
At least the woods around Colemere, in north Shropshire, afforded a bit of cover, as Scout and About captured this drizzly and misty scene.
