Family of missing Stockport postman make appeal
The family of a missing postman said they were trying to "stay positive" despite three weeks passing since he disappeared.
Steven Caulfield, from Stockport, was last seen on a golf course next to Middlewood Way in Marple on the afternoon of Tuesday 1 October.
Police said CCTV showed the 70-year-old wearing a distinctive blue parka style coat with a fur hood, a baseball cap, black jeans, a black v-neck jumper and white trainers.
Steven’s family asked anyone with information to contact the police.
In a statement released by Greater Manchester Police, the family said: "We just want to express how much we miss Steven.
"As a family we are trying to stay positive, and we are appealing to anyone who thinks they may have seen Steven to speak to police and please check their CCTV."
GMP Det Ch Insp Ian Wrench said: "We’re all continuing to work hard to find Steven ever since he was reported missing to us, even with the time passed we are still pushing forwards with enquiries to locate him and reunite him with his family.
"We are also supporting his loved ones and keeping them updated with our work and despite all of our collective efforts, Steven’s whereabouts are still yet to be determined."
