Tory MP's constituency office in Kent vandalised
A Kent MP says he has handed CCTV footage to police after his office was targeted by vandals.
Rehman Chishti said two men with their faces covered threw glass bottles and eggs at the property in Gillingham at about 02:00 BST on Monday.
The Gillingham and Rainham MP, who said he had recently received a death threat, warned of a culture where “if somebody doesn't agree with you, they are going to use intimidation, threats and violence”.
“More MPs will get hurt if this culture continues,” he added.

Kent Police said officers were aware of an incident of criminal damage where food items were reported to have been thrown on a wall of business premises in Canterbury Street, Gillingham.
“Further details are being sought and enquiries are ongoing,” a spokesman said.
Mr Chishti, 45, who grew up in Gillingham and was elected to parliament in 2010, said he had previously experienced a person coming to his next door neighbours' house to ask about his movements.
It is believed that there was no damage to Mr Chishti’s premises.
