Street shooting suspects released on bail

Two people arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a suspected shooting have been released on bail.
A man in his 20s suffered a bullet wound to his back during the incident in Great Wyrley, Staffordshire, at about 20:45 on 5 August.
He was taken to hospital but his injury was not life threatening, Staffordshire Police said.
A 26-year-old man and 16-year-old boy, both from Wolverhampton, were later arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
They have since been released on conditional police bail as inquiries continue, a police spokesperson confirmed.
