Attempted murder arrests after park shooting

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was shot in a Coventry park.

The pair, aged 19 and 20, were detained on Wednesday as part of the investigation into the incident at Caludon Castle Park on 21 October.

The shooting left a man in his 20s with serious facial injuries, West Midlands Police said.

A 19-year-old man was previously charged with attempted murder in connection with the incident and police are continuing to appeal for information about what happened.
