Plans to build 150 homes near Lincoln submitted
A planning application to build 150 new homes on agricultural land in a village near Lincoln has been submitted.
Developers are seeking permission from West Lindsey District Council to build on a site to the north-east of Fiskerton, near to the local village hall and primary school.
The proposed development would be spread across 8.13 hectares (20 acres), with a mix of bungalows and two-storey homes.
Applicant, Deloitte LLP, said it would serve as a "natural extension" to the existing village, with multiple lakes and public open spaces.
The design and access statement does not state how many of the houses will be allocated as affordable, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.
This will be decided once discussions take place with planning officers, the application stated.
The decision is listed as pending with planning officers set to determine the future of the village in the coming weeks.
