Man arrested after woman heard screaming in car

A man has been arrested after a woman was heard screaming for help in a car before being driven off.

The incident took place on Trinity Road, Bradford, at about 08:00 GMT on Monday, West Yorkshire Police said.

The force confirmed the woman had since been identified and that she was safe and well, adding that the matter was being treated as "domestic related".

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police, with officers keen to speak to a number of members of the public who are believed to have intervened at the time.
