Motorcyclist, 72, killed in HGV crash named

A motorcyclist killed in a crash with an HGV in Shropshire has been named by police as Mark Fitzgerald.

The 72-year-old was described by family as "a much loved brother, uncle and friend".

Officers have repeated their appeal for information about the crash at 11:30 GMT on Monday on the A41 at Sambrook near Hinstock.

They said they were particularly keen to hear from anyone with dashcam footage of the blue Yamaha motorcycle or Renault HGV.
