Flooded park and ride set to remain closed for days
A combination of flooding and ice will keep a Nottingham park and ride site shut into next week.
Transport Nottingham said flooding which had forced the Queens Drive site to close on Monday "for safety reasons" had mostly receded.
But the cold weather has prevented equipment checks being carried out.
These will be carried out once ice has melted, said Transport Nottingham, followed by any repairs, meaning the closure will last "possibly into the early part of next week".
During the closure people are asked to use park and ride bus services from Nottingham Racecourse in Colwick, and tram sites at Clifton, Toton Lane, The Forest, Hucknall, Moor Bridge, Phoenix Park and Wilkinson Street.
During the closure the CT4N Medilink service will run between Queen's Medical Centre and City Hospital, via Wilkinson Street.
