Man and woman found dead at flat

The deaths of a man and a woman found with "serious injuries" at a flat in south-east London are being investigated by the Met Police.
Officers were called shortly before 15:00 GMT on Tuesday over concerns for the welfare of the occupants of a property in Holstein Way, Thamesmead.
Emergency services attended and entered the flat, where they found the pair, thought to be brother and sister. They were declared dead at the scene.
Ch Supt Trevor Lawry, who described the deaths as "unexpected and unexplained", said: "We believe that the two were known to each other, and at this time we are not seeking to speak with anyone else in connection with this."
A police source told PA news agency the pair were brother and sister.
Daniel Clayton, who lives near the property, said of the female victim: "She lost her husband, and it was apparently very traumatic for her.
"Everyone says she was never the same since."

Ch Supt Trevor Lawry said: "At this early stage, we are working with officers and local authorities to establish the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
"A crime scene will remain in place until we have conducted our inquiries."
The pair's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers, the Met said.
