College student gets England football call-up

A Scunthorpe student has been selected for the England Colleges football squad.
Sophia, 16, from North Lindsey College described her call-up as an "amazing opportunity".
The goalkeeper won her place following a trial in Hull.
She will represent her country at an international tournament in Rome this month.
Sophia is the Under-21 goalkeeper for Doncaster Belles, where she is in her fifth season.
She said she started playing the game in a toddlers football group.
"My football journey has been varied and challenging but has also been amazing and I have loved going from strength to strength," she said.
"One of my career highlights has to be playing at St George's Park which was an amazing opportunity and I am so grateful to the college for and I can't wait for my next adventure with the England College team."
Sophia is studying sport at the North Lincolnshire college and aims to become a professional footballer.
