An eight-year-old boy suffered a head injury when he was knocked off his bike by a car on a residential street.
He had been cycling along Blackberry Lane in Potterne, near Devizes in Wiltshire, at about 08:20 BST on 4 October when a car struck his bike. The driver left the scene without stopping.
The boy sustained several injuries which are not thought to be life-threatening and was checked over by ambulance staff.
Wiltshire Police said the car involved is believed to be navy or green, in a Volkswagen Polo or Golf shape, and the force has appealed for witnesses.
