Engineers are exploring the possibility of space habitation in balloon-like structures the size of a stadium. These could serve space tourists, researchers, and even manufacturers looking to test pharmaceuticals or semiconductors in micro-gravity. How does the inflatable space habitat work? And how does it compare to other alternatives?
