The science behind healthy baby sleep

"How are they sleeping?" If you're a new parent, you've probably been asked this again and again. And from strict sleep schedules to worrying about night wakes, there is a lot of advice out there about what healthy sleep looks like for your baby.

After giving birth to her first child, science journalist Amanda Ruggeri decided to dig a little deeper into some of the ideas she found bandied around so much on social media, in baby books and in conversations with other parents. This video looks at what the science really says about four of the most popular misconceptions around healthy baby sleep.
