Why are certain emotions judged differently if they're expressed by a man or a woman? And how can we reclaim our emotions irrespective of our gender?

Emotions can be difficult to define but we all recognise them when we feel them or see them in others. As Professor Pragya Agarwal explains, how we interpret those emotions and act on them has been heavily gendered since as far back as ancient Greek and Roman times.
