Saving the reefs that protect the Maldives

Maldivan islands are surrounded by coral reefs which protect the islands from erosion. As coral bleaching events become more regular due to warming oceans, the islands become more vulnerable to climate change. We meet the scientists going to extreme lengths to protect the reefs.
