Storm Ida aftermath: 'I can't even count my losses from the flooding right now'

Residents in north-eastern states of the US have begun to assess the scale of the devastation caused by Tropical Storm Ida.

Flash flooding and tornadoes in the region have killed at least 45 people, and destroyed homes and businesses.

President Joe Biden said "historic investment" was needed to deal with the climate crisis.
