Diversity and inclusion survey reveals level of racism in Manx football

A survey canvassing views on diversity and inclusion in football on the Isle of Man has found more than one in four of those involved has seen or experienced racism.

The Isle of Man Football Association's poll was launched after footballer Furo Davies spoke out about racist abuse he experienced as a teenager.

It found 29% of the coaches, referees, parents and fans who responded said they encountered or witnessed racism in the sport.

Mr Davies and Isle of Man FA's equality lead, Rob Ewan, discuss the findings.
