Homeless artist calls for fairer street licences
A homeless artist was helped to set up an exhibition of his work because he could not afford the licence needed to sell his artworks from where he slept on the central London streets.
Charity Under One Sky, who helped David, have called for more to be done to support other artists wanting to help themselves out of homelessness.
Westminster Council said: "All buskers, traders and performers are required to obtain an appropriate license and to operate from designated pitches across the city."
