Fans' joyous reaction to derby draw in FA cup

Two Northamptonshire football teams will meet for the first time in nearly 35 years in the FA cup next month.

League one side Northampton Town will take on Kettering Town, who are in the Southern League Premier Division, in the first round of the tournament, with ties due to be played between 1 and 4 November.

Fans watching the FA Cup draw at The Poppies' Latimer Park ground celebrated when it was revealed they would be playing their local rivals.

The teams last met in the competition on 18 November 1989, when The Cobblers won 1-0.
