Watch: Starmer speaks for first time as UK PM
Hours after winning more than 400 seats in the general election, Sir Keir Starmer gave his first address from outside No 10.
The first Labour leader to win since 2005, he began by praising the "dedication and hard work" of Rishi Sunak.
He then said the country had "voted decisively for change" and to return politics to public service.
Sir Keir added: “We need to move forward together.”
