Brexit: UK ministers 'need input' of devolved nations

Wales' first minister Carwyn Jones warns the UK government against trying to decide post-Brexit policies by itself.

Ministers from Wales and Scotland are objecting to the way UK ministers want to temporarily keep powers returning from the EU at Westminster before passing them on to Cardiff Bay and Holyrood.

Mr Jones said the devolved governments had valuable experience to share in areas such as rural affairs.
