A 21-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a woman and the attempted murder of three others following a disturbance in Rhyl.

He was arrested by police following the death of Tyler Denton, 25, in Llys Aderyn Du, on Saturday.

Two other women and a man, all thought to be related, were also hurt in the incident.

The man is due to appear before Llandudno Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, said North Wales Police.

It is thought Ms Denton's father and her two sisters were the other three people injured.

A tribute from Ms Denton's family said: "She was a gorgeous daughter, loving sister, much adored auntie and special friend to all.

"Always referred to as our 'little mate,' she was loved by everyone and will be missed immensely. Love you to the moon and back, now and always our little princess."
