A motorcyclist has died after he was involved in a crash with another motorbike.

Police were called to the scene of the crash on the A487 in Corris, Gwynedd, at about 12:20 BST.

Ambulance crews and an air ambulance also responded, but the man, 46, was pronounced dead at the scene, North Wales Police said.

The road was closed until about 19:00. Police have appealed for any witnesses to get in touch.
