Drivers warned about snowfall on A470 in Gwynedd

Drivers are being warned to take care after a flurry of snow fell onto a major road in north Wales.
North Wales Police tweeted to say snow was affecting the A470 between Blaenau Ffestiniog and Pen y Pass, both in Gwynedd on Friday morning.
A yellow weather warning covered parts of south, mid and north Wales until 13:00 GMT on Friday.
The Met Office said 2-4cm (0.7-1.5in) of snow could fall on high roads.

This could lead to longer journey times by road and bus services in affected areas.
The B4405 Talyllyn Pass, in Gwynedd, has also been affected by the snow.
Forecasters said a band of rain, sleet and snow would move eastwards across the country.
Counties expected to be affected are Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Conwy, Gwynedd, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Powys, Rhondda Cynon Taff and Torfaen.
