Firefighters tackle blaze at Christmas tree farm in Dundee

Firefighters have tackled a blaze at a farm growing Christmas trees in Dundee.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said six fire engines were dispatched to Tayside Forestry after the blaze broke out at about 19:00 on Saturday.

The road to the site was closed and locals were warned they should keep windows and doors shut.

The SFRS said there were no reported injuries and one fire engine remained at the site overnight.
