Man arrested following woman's death in Inchture

A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a 44-year-old woman in Inchture, Perth and Kinross.

Police officers went to an address in Orchard Way at about 23:40 on Saturday where Michelle Lizanec, from Scone, was discovered.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 46-year-old man has been charged in connection with her death. He is due to appear at Perth Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
